The second home run I've had from this brewer. My observations haven't changed: again, just a hair sweet for my taste, but SO good I can't help but want to try everything they come up with. Insanely good with a few buttery crackers to really prime the palate. Would happily try again.

 strangely enough, the barrel treatment seems to have made this beer even sweeter. Was hoping for the opposite effect. Still solid.
