River North is once again ready to fill the Imperial Stout-shaped hole in all of our hearts. After resting in bourbon and American single malt whiskey barrels for 10 months, intoxicating aromas of oaky vanilla and rich cocoa waft from its inky pour. Layers of dark chocolate, molasses, and a whisper of barrel char round out each supple sip.

However, River North only bottled 199 cases. To land a bottle, you’ll have to be on the nice list — and by “nice,” I mean “faster than Santa’s reindeer on a sugar high!”
