About This Beer
Cerebral stuffed Safe Word: Mocha with Ecuadorian cacao nibs, Filipino cacao nibs, Tahitian vanilla, and locally-roasted Costa Rican coffee. But before it even touched those namesake café ingredients, the base of this sultry Stout lounged in bourbon barrels from Old Fitzgerald, Booker’s, and Old Forester for 27-32 months!

All those beautiful barrels give the roasty brew nuances of oak, vanilla, and top shelf whiskey. French press aromas flirt with dark baking cocoa in every taste. Their dry, toasty flavors mingle with the malt, giving each quaff a balanced desserty sweetness that finishes with a kiss of bourbon spice.
