About This Beer
To craft it, they started with the same base Stout you know and love, then aged for 18 months in Willett, Heaven Hill, and Old Fitzgerald barrels. Then they introduced it to Guatemalan Jolimex coffee beans and a light kiss of vanilla.
Tasting Notes
Stunning mocha tones erupt from the pour, beautifully accentuating the roast on the malts. Hints of dark fruit and brown sugar linger just underneath the surface and vanilla-oak and bourbon nuances linger on the palate. Thanks to a measured dose of milk sugar, it’s all wrapped up in a velvety soft sip.
