About This Beer
Not only did the team at Old Irving and Revolution let this 10th anniversary showstopper mature for 24 months in Buffalo Trace barrels, but they infused it with a variety of oak and toasts from Creative Oak — including some from trees in the Tronçais forest that are specifically grown to be used in only the finest Grand Cru wines of France.
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting each to be a love letter to the sublime beauty of cask aging. Delicate layers of vanilla, charred wood, and tannic whiskey should permeate every drop, complementing the sweeter notes of dark chocolate, raisin, and crème brûlée. And coming from breweries of this caliber, the 15% ABV should be as smooth as silk!
