A Note on This Beer
Today’s beer goes out to all of you looking for the “Lumberjack” on the breakfast menu.
Big, hearty, bold — you want something that’s gonna get your day started on the right note. Cerebral gets that, and that’s why they took their U.S. Open Beer Festival-winning Breakfast Porter and aged it for 12 months in Laws Four Grain Bourbon barrels.
Drizzled with swaths of Vermont maple syrup and heightened with coffee beans from Corvus Coffee and milk sugar, this Porter is a decadent treat on its own. But, the Bourbon barrels kick up the heartiness a notch, adding a dose of smooth vanilla notes and plenty of smoky, charred oak character!
This is the kind of breakfast item you whip up in preparation for a big, iron-tested morn’. Don’t just take my word for it — check that mighty 12.4% ABV! This bottle is practically a flannel-wearing, bearded beast in a bottle.
But, like any popular, hearty breakfast dish, it’s gonna go fast — don’t get left out on this limited release!
This is the first time this beer has ever been offered outside of Cerebral’s Denver taproom!
