About This Beer
For this new vintage of a fan-favorite brew, the Cerebral crew started with a rich and roasty base, then aged it for 12-46 months in a blend of Leopold Bros, Old Fitzgerald, Willet Bourbon, and BLiS Maple Syrup Bourbon barrels. And to make to this stunner taste like a morning meal, they conditioned it all on maple syrup and San Pedro Mexican Coffee from Middle State!
Tasting Notes
Each sip is like a spread you’d find at your local pancake cafe, with a beautiful balance of roasty coffee and sweet syrup flavors. Hints of vanilla from the barrels recall a fluffy shortstack, but nuances of top shelf whiskey (and a massive 13.5% ABV) will remind you that this is all beer, baby!
