About This Beer
On a scale of 1 to Stephen Adams, how coocoo for craft beer are you? Disclaimer: this guy’s on another level — he goes by “The Colorado Beer Geek” and he’s visited all 420+ breweries in the state.
His top two spots in brew-soaked Denver? River North and Burns Family — the Stout masterminds behind today’s one-of-a-kind collab, Zero over Zero.
Zero over Zero’s oil-black pour enrobes the palate with avalanches of rich, dark chocolate, mole spice, traces of caramel, and a hint of tobacco char. The finish reverberates with echoes of silky-smooth cocoa and maple, lingering long after the sip.
Roasty Smooth Decadent
Blanton's Bourbon Barrels
good smooth BBA stout, not overly complex but very tasty. don’t understand the review bombs
bought two, I think the flavors need to mellow out a bit, will probably let the second sit for a year
Very good. Surprisingly balanced with very little heat with a high ABV. Nice bourbon flavors. A must try.
Booze bomb. Another awesome one from River North.
lots of barrel, lots going on with the flavor though...possibly needed to mellow for a bit yet. couldn't finish it
this was very good. thick, multi and full of flavor. It went perfect with my cigar!
Not bad, lotta barrel, lotta roast, boozy.
