First, the crew at Southern Grist stashed it in a Stagg barrel for a year, then they laid it down in a Nashtucky bourbon cask for 30 months! Finally, they conditioned the beer on coconut, cashews, almonds, honey & vanilla beans to really amp up the decadence.
