About This Beer
To craft this Tavour exclusive, Southern Grist took a series of three different batches of Stout and blended them together. One was aged in rum barrels for 23 months, one was aged in rum barrels for 15 months, and one was aged in rye whiskey barrels for 14 months. After that blend, they conditioned it on wild Thai banana, peanut butter, graham crackers, marshmallows, Tahitian vanilla beans, cacao nibs, and hints of cinnamon!
Tasting Notes
Every taste is a multiverse of luxury. The sips are like chomping down on a decked out crêpes flambé, finished with dusts of scintillating cinnamon. Vanilla drizzled sweetness rounds out the taste with bold peanut butter goodness, lingering long after the oh-so-smooth body goes down!

So delicious. Banana, cinnamon, marshmallow and sweetness. So glad I've had the chance to try this brew.

This is rich, sweet, bit of coffee flavor. Unfortunately I am banana intolerant and can't finish this

It's good to have a beautiful western liquor feeling. delicious. I really like the banana-like sourness and peanut butter that does a good job. Condensed banana chocolate. A hint of cinnamon at the end.

So many flavors — coffee, rum, vanilla, caramel, coconut, and toffee. Absolutely delicious

Tavour needs to make more beer! I'm not a huge banana stout fan, so coulda skipped the banana, or toned it down.

good, not too thick, not overly sweet. can taste most of the adjuncts, but banana sticks out a little too much for my taste.

too much going on

Too sweet for me. Just make the beer. Stop with all the additives. Ruins the barrel flavors.
