And it’s why we reserved a stash of today’s Batisserie Chocolate Covered Strawberries ahead of time. No planes, trains, or waiting in release-day lines for you!

Which is awesome, because you’re going to want to dive head first into this 10% ABV chocolate-slathered liquid. With loads of real strawberries and cocoa topped with lactose and vanilla, the brew is richly smooth. And it tastes like fudge-dipped strawberries with a spoonful of freshly-whipped cream. Mmmm!

One taste, and it should come as no surprise that Energy City bases all its sweet-laden dark brews on the opulent flavors found in European pastry shops. Beer meets Patisserie — it’s a Batisserie!

And it’s much more limited.
