the spirits specialists at Interboro teamed up with friends at 3 Sons Brewing. They started with a chewy Barleywine brimming with dark fruit notes and a hint of cocoa. Then they aged it in apple brandy barrels before finishing it with cinnamon and vanilla.

A pleasantly different take on a barlywine! Has a pleasant yet subtle apple flavor with hints of cinnamon, all while keeping some of the raisin and fig notes from a traditional style!
