They let this bad boy mature for 35 months in Blanton’s Bourbon barrels, allowing it to soak up plenty of oaky whiskey nuance. And they hit it with toasted almonds, Comoros vanilla beans, cacao nibs, and marshmallow so it’s like Rocky Road in beer form!
Tasting Notes
Notes of creamy vanilla course throughout the fudgy sip, with just the right amount of nuttiness underneath, playing up the mocha tones coming off the malts. But be careful — all those lip-smacking pastry flavors leave the boozy ABV dangerously smooth.
