About This Beer
Great Notion let this bad boy mature for nearly three years in a blend of Elijah Craig, Heaven Hill and George Dickle Bourbon barrels. And they conditioned it all on copious amounts of vanilla beans, whole cinnamon, and maple syrup for plenty of brunch-like decadence.
Tasting Notes
Imagine taking a bite of syrup-drenched stack of fluffy homemade french toast then chasing it with a sip of top shelf bourbon, and you’ve got a pretty good idea of what’s in store. The sip packs notes of treacly maple, caramel sauce, and bright baking spice that would put any Denny’s to shame. Hints of dark chocolate carry underneath, leading to lingering layers of whiskey oak on the finish.
