Aged 9 months in bourbon barrels for an 11% ABV, notes of honey and light spice evoke essences a la Basil Hayden’s. In other words, imagine if Billy Joel named his song “River of Whiskey Fudge” instead of “Dreams” and you’re on the path to nailing this flavor down.

40 lbs of Belgian chocolate and Imperial-strength additions of Chocolate Malts spin out aromas of dark Nutella spread with hints of Caramello, enticing you to sip the luscious ganache mouthfeel...and then whiskey comes along to get you even more crunk on cocoa. The chocolate notes rise up more in the finish with a flavor akin to bittersweet cacao nibs.
