About This Beer
When you pop open a bottle of this Imperial Stout, it’s obvious that coconut, chocolate, and bourbon are already best friends.
That’s ‘cause the tight knit team at Resident Culture crafted BBA Twice As Lonely (2023) with a blend of velvety Stouts aged in bourbon barrels for 12 to 28 months. Then they introduced the mixture to more than 8 lbs per barrel of cacao nibs and a whopping 30 lbs per barrel of coconut.
Tasting Notes
Now that all the nuances from the casks and adjuncts are acquainted, they’re delightfully inseparable! Nutty tropical notes and dark, rich cocoa high five while a touch of oaky vanilla lounges in the background and a splash of boozy bourbon slurs, “I just love you guys so much!”
