About This Beer
To make it, the Carolina brew crew at Resident Culture took a blend of Stouts aged 12-28 months in bourbon barrels, then conditioned it on a whopping 10 lbs per barrel of wild Thai bananas!
Tasting Notes
Huge notes of milk chocolate coat the rich ‘nana flavor in a sumptuous sweetness. Drizzles of toasted sugar nuance bring to mind an elegantly flambeed bananas foster, while a lingering kiss of whiskey and vanilla oak on the finish ties the whole thing together.

great color but couldn’t taste the banana at all. on the sweet side. more of a vanilla flavor for me. a bit light on viscosity.
