To make this cacophony of jammy deliciousness, they partnered with the Tennessee craft beer tycoons at Southern Grist, whose dessert Sours got them a Hop Culture shoutout as one of the 5 Best Breweries in Nashville!
They loaded up the Mead with primo Brazilian Quince honey, Scottish black currants, fresh boysenberries, and Madagascar vanilla beans. Then, taking inspiration from their friends at the Grist, they finished BCBVO on alligator charred American Oak — the wood-aging hallmark of Tennessee whiskey.
The dense, burgundy pour flows with a symphony of sweet-tart berries followed by soft notes of vanilla and bourbon caramel sauce. And, with a subtle smokiness from the oak playing in the mix, every juicy sip transforms into a 5-star culinary experience!
You don’t need us to keep spelling it out for you — just grab yourself a bottle and experience the drink that fans on Untappd are calling the “Perfect combination of Mead and Sour Beer!”
