About This Beer
To craft it, the Carolina crew blended two decadent BA beauties — one aged in Willett bourbon barrels and a lower gravity offering aged in Woodford Reserve barrels.
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting huge notes of dark chocolate, fig, and caramel-topped mocha to cascade through the sip. And without any other adjuncts to stand in the way, the character imparted from those stellar barrels should really shine through, lending vanilla, oak, and whiskey nuances to the finish. All that flavor should keep the body-warming 15% ABV superbly smooth.
