About This Beer
The prestigious brewers started with a traditional Wit with a Pilsner and Munich malt base and coriander and orange peel. Then, to give it even more depth of flavor, they amped it up with malted and flaked rye for unique spicy nuances.
Tasting Notes
Fresh baked brioche, coriander, and clove lead each crisp sip with lush citrus and peel just underneath. Swirls of rye spice and dark bread rise on the finish for a deliciously distinct Witbier to pump up game day or ease into the evening after work.

When at first I drank this rye, I did not appreciate how it tasted. The closer I got to the bottom of my glass, the more I learned to appreciate the rye.

“Those in favor say ‘rye’…”
Outstanding! If I could, I would keep this stocked in my fridge year-round. Not only is it incredibly balanced and clean, but the aroma alone imparts so many flavors as to be a treat in and of itself.

That rye spiciness is very evident – perhaps a bit too much. Actually, “too much” pretty much sums up all my thoughts about this beer.

Spicy, botanical scent, with hints of orange and yuzu. Tastes like a traditional witbier, with an addition of spice, citrus, and pithiness from the orange. Light, flavorful, and refreshing.

Scent of a witbier with the addition of the rye spice
