About This Beer
This brew is as authentic as you’ll find without boarding a flight. The brewers started by adjusting their water to achieve the same mineral balance you’d find in Prague (talk about dedication!) and brewed a base of 100% Riverbend Cumberland Pilsner Malt. Next they added 2 separate doses of Saaz Hops to capture every nuance of those classic cones.
Finally, they cold conditioned the brew in traditional, horizontal tanks, and used a process called spunding to naturally carbonate the beer, old world style.
Tasting Notes
Every sip brings aromas of fresh flowers and baking bread. Notes of biscuit and honey drip through the sip, along with a gentle hint of jasmine tea. And boy is it smooth, like the surface of the Vltava River on a sunny morning.
