Not big on raspberry or white chocolate in my opinion. Sort of floating between. I had high hopes for this one based on Parish other beers and this one fell short.

Wow. Just irresponsibly luscious, thick, sweet, and delicious. The booze is hidden too well in this, but it’s a dessert bomb, rich and heavy. Parish really are kings of brewing.

OMG! Was not expecting anything of that
calibre. Flavor of chilled cognac soaked raspberries coated with white chocolate. I sipped and savored until the glass was completely empty, wanting more.

Very smooth and not too boozy. Lots of chocolate with a hint of coffee bitterness and a bit of fruit. Parish stouts seem very balanced; not the richest but not overpowering and great flavors. Fruit and chocolate isn’t my thing but it’s tasty.
