About This Beer
Side Project creates the slightly funky lemon zest and stone fruit flavors in this classic Saison by fermenting with wild yeast from the Missouri countryside AND their own yeast culture. Aging in Missouri oak barrels adds woody nuances and a slight hint of vanilla, along with a very subtle vinous character.
