About This Beer
Big Spill Pils is a gorgeous rendition of a German classic. The brewers pay respect to Pilsner roots by brewing with 100% Pilsen Malt and fermenting low and slow with their house German Lager yeast. But what makes it stand out from the pack is its delicate combination of hops! The team adds Saaz and Nelson in the kettle before dry hopping with even more Nelson — one of their favorites — during the lagering process.

nice and clean. not the most impactful but very good otherwise. nice citrusy and grape like herbal hop character, the Nelson really shines over the very light malt in the background
