About This Beer
In honor of 11 years of craft excellence, the crew created a rich base and let it mature in bourbon and rum barrels until it took on sublime layers of cask character.
Tasting Notes
Expect notes of candied dates and chocolate-covered raisins to bring the party to the front of the sip, followed closely by decadent crème brûlée nuances. Tannic oak and spirited brown sugar nuances should beautifully complement the caramel undertones while expertly masking the 13% ABV.
