About This Beer
The team took inspiration from an old timey dessert for today’s brand new Berliner Weisse-style brew. They began Bistro Concord Grape Cobbler with a tangy Sour Ale base then added juicy concord grape puree and vanilla after fermentation.
Tasting Notes
Full bodied sips overflow with rich nuances of vinous jam and bright Italian plum. Hints of biscuity malts mingle with the silky ‘nilla on top like a lightly toasted pastry crust.
