Tasting Notes

The Illinois crew used 1500 pounds of cherries in the latest installment of their Bistro series. That’s as heavy as Andre the Giant riding an Arabian horse — which is to say, that’s some big cherry energy!

And while the tart stone fruit is the star of this brew, it remains balanced with delicious cheesecake inspiration. Golden graham crackers and silky vanilla soften the Sour’s edges into a slice of diner confection heaven, constructing a cheesecake with each swirl past your palate.
