I tell everyone I know about Energy City’s Bistro Grande series. This sweet lineup of Fruited Sours is inspired by real-life treats! From spiced pumpkin cobblers to creamy Italian gelato, the brewers repeatedly prove their ability to capture my favorite dessert flavors.

Even so, I can’t say I was expecting anything like today’s latest release – Pink Guava Cotton Candy! 

Every stunning sip is like a tropical carnival in my mouth, which is super fun, because it reminds me of the delicious time I stuck a bunch of fruit candies in my cotton candy as a kid.

To craft this zany masterpiece, the brewers merged juicy additions of pink guava and cotton candy flavor in their Berliner-Style Weisse base. It’s dreamily smooth for 8% ABV, with a soft fruity tang rounding out the spun sugar sweetness. 

One tip before you sip though: pour this one into a glass. The rosy pink-orange hue and fluffy, pale pink head are photo-worthy, and the open air will also release the brew’s deeper layers of candied citrus and subtle hints of pineapple and berry.
