About This Beer
The Sour slingers at Energy City made Bistro Strawberry PB&J with a tangy, wheat-filled base, then added jammy strawberries and real peanut butter after fermentation.
Tasting Notes
Smell it and you’ll think you’re a kid again, about to indulge in a lovingly-crafted sammie without the crusts! The taste starts out with sweet red berry waves before peanut nuances mellow out the back end. A dash of tartness keeps the bready finish refreshing.

tased great. not overbearingly sweet but get a hint of peanut butter with the sweetness of the strawberry jam was just perfect.

Exactly as described, it gets better as you drink more of it, the peanut butter taste is pretty heavy on the first sip. Nice jammy strawberry.

Energy City doesn’t miss. Truly tastes like a Pb&J! The peanut butter tastes like a farmers made peanut butter not like Jif. the strawberry is subtle yet adds a sweet pop.

a good strawberry jam Sammy lol. for us, it was kind of light on the peanut side but it’s very good :)
