Today’s Energy City Strawberry Rhubarb is a fan favorite amongst their already popular Bistro Grande Fruited Berliner Weisse series! To craft it, the brewers filled their tangy base beer with plump strawberries, earthy-sweet rhubarb, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

Needs more rhubarb sourness to balance the strawberry sweetness. Or a crust. Actually used it to flavor a vodka soda after realizing it was too thick and sweet to drink the whole thing by myself.

these bistro smoothies are killing it. Rhubarb is there, but with none of the astringency from a poor execution, and the strawberry complements the rhubarb without being roos sweet like a well made pie. Very, very good.

I really didnt want to like this. It is strawberry rubarb pie in a can. No beer flavor what so ever. But, its hard to not like something this tasty. Really amazing that they were able to nail the flavors.
