Breakfast is now my favorite meal of the day, thanks to the ale artists at Untitled Art. 

For their latest treat, the brewers whipped up an Imperial Stout that tastes like a fresh stack of blueberry chocolate chip flapjacks!

As the most particular bakers can tell you, the right proportion of ingredients is key to success. This is especially true when it comes to this sweet-as-a-pastry Stout. 

The brewers balance blueberry and blackberry purée, cacao nibs, maple syrup, and milk sugar for a beer that will satisfy your sweet tooth. The fresh fruit flavor cuts through the maple and chocolatey depth for a smooth sip that is anything but flat as a pancake.
