About This Beer
The brewers first aged their luscious Stout base in a blend of Old Fitzgerald 9 Year Wheated Bourbon Barrels and Sazerac Rye Whiskey Barrels. Then they went full dessert, conditioning the brew on caramel chips, cacao nibs, bacon, potato chips, vanilla beans, pretzels, and peanut butter chips.

Did not notice any overt bacon or potato chip flavors, but this beer is big and thick. Lots of malt, caramel, and chocolate coupled with the bourbon-barrel aging makes this a real treat!

Way too much chocolate syrup taste for me. The warmer it became, the harder it was to drink. Had to dump the last third :(
