About This Beer
This is a collab between Xül, who just took Gold at the 2022 World Beer Cup, and Georgia’s Wild Leap, who earned Best New Brewery from USA Today! Most of the beer from this brew went off to slumber in barrels for at least a year, but a very small amount found its way into bottles.
Tasting Notes
The brewers layered this thick-bodied brew with plenty of coconut for creamy notes, while a touch of cinnamon imparts warming bakery-spice flavors. Malty chocolatey notes make for a fudgy body, but it’s so well balanced that it never feels syrupy, even as it coats the palate.
