About This Beer
To create it, the brewers first crafted a roasty base using chocolaty malts, then they fermented and aged the beer in Willett bourbon barrels. They added a pile of Balaton cherries, and allowed the brew to age and referment for another full year for bottling.
Tasting Notes
Look for notes of cherry cordial and baker’s chocolate swirling through the tart body. Hints of whiskey caramel and oaky vanilla add even more depth and complexity on the way to a dry finish that leaves behind nuances of cinnamon and clove.
