A Note on This Beer

Every time my mom makes her famous cinnamon-sprinkled blackberry crumble, my family goes into full predator-mode.

What can I say? Whoever gets the first scoop gets the BEST scoop (a.k.a., the most-crumbly corner piece).

Lucky for me, I don’t need to race my siblings for a can of Lil Beaver’s opulent Blackberry Crumble a la Mode. I'm only competing with all you crumble-lovin’ craft fans!

The brewers pack each batch full of irresistibly fresh blackberries atop silky vanilla, milk sugar, and cinnamon. It tastes just like my mom’s berry delicacy, smothered in a cloud of whipped cream softer than a well-loved sweatshirt!

Wowzers! You can taste the blackberry, the cinnamon graham cracker crust, the vanilla ice cream! It's like someone took my grandmother's blackberry cobbler, a scoop of vanilla ice cream and put it in the blender. I swear I think I could drink this hot it is so good. One of the top 10 best beers I've ever had.

This was disgusting. I'm not one to drump drinks down the train, but after a swigs of this I did. I can't even really explain the flavor profile but certainly not what I was expecting. This was straight up gross.

I've seen some reviews where they might've gotten bad cans. Mine was perfectly fine though. Great strong blackberry taste with the cinammon and vanilla heightening it to the sweetness of a pie. Awesome experience for my first from Lil Beaver

It’s exactly what’s advertised. It tastes like blackberry preserves and cream, but if you want something that tastes like a beer instead you’ll be disappointed.

Based on everyone else’s reviews I’ll give it a 3, but I seem to be one of the sad few who got a bad can. Aftertaste like spoiled cool whip. Bummed as it seems like it should be otherwise delicious.

Very good. Nice blackberry and cream flavor. Only thing is the taste changed about half way through. Not bad, but not the same that grabbed me at start. Great beer anyway! I think it has a great crust type after taste

I’m guessing the two I got went bad or something, based on everyone else’s rave reviews. Legit had the aftertaste of a particular type of vomit. Even after all that, I was able to finish them. Taste itself on the tongue wasn’t bad, maybe this is what people mean by “up front,” buuuut the second I exhale that throw up aftertaste was right there on the back of my tongue. Idk, had high hopes on this one but was disappointed. I gave them 3.5 and 2.5 on Untappd, but in writing this that puke taste is overwhelming in my memory (drank them a couple weeks ago), so had to mark it even lower here. Again, hoping mine just went bad somehow.
