It’s Scandinavian Week here at the Great British Beer Off, and for your signature challenge we asked you to make a dreamcake– taking your inspiration from that classic Danish sponge topped with coconut caramel.   

As it happens, this week we had an easy choice: Vault City’s Blackberry Mango Coconut Dreamcake was a cut above the rest. The brewers made this Modern Sour Beer their own, with fresh blackberries, decadent alphonso mango, and both piles of coconut. 

Pru especially is a fan of this Dreamcake’s boozy 10% ABV, but together we say, Well done!
