Dry, crisp, and refreshing. Mint flavor is obscured, but the tart blackberry flavor shines through.

Best served very cold. Takes a moment to separate all the flavors. Nice and dry. No sugar added. Like a nice dry light wine.

Taste more like a spiked seltzer. Very good blackberry taste but missing mint.

Blackberry complements the apple and lends a mild tartness. Finishes with strong, fresh notes of mint.

Both the blackberry and mint notes are gentle, fresh, and balanced - similar to a crisp, fruited mojito. There is sweetness, but not too much as to become syrupy or cloying. An excellent cider.
