About This Beer
The craft masters at Jester King teamed up with fellow Texans from Weathered Souls to collaboratively brew a Stout wort with an eclectic malt bill, featuring raw wheat, brown malt, chocolate malt, and Texas pilsner malt. Then, they let it slowly cool overnight to collect wild yeast, before letting it mature in oak barrels. Finally, after two whole years of aging, they blended the brew 3 parts to 1 with a Wild Imperial Porter aged in Balcones Baby Blue Texas Corn Whisky barrels.
