About This Beer
Hop Culture says “Torch & Crown filters the energy, ambition, and vibrancy of [NYC] into all of their beers.”
Take today’s Blanc Slate, for example. To craft it, the T&C crew brewed a light, clean Lager and then enlivened the elixir with a measured dry hopping of Hallertau Blanc Hops.
Tasting Notes
Notes of frosty white grape and grapefruit flow into lush wild flowers with each sip. Crackly baguette flavors follow underneath leading into a refreshingly crisp finish.

A bit too hoppy. Would’ve preferred a bit of caramel at the finish tbh.
