About This Beer
Hidden Springs created this series of dessert-worthy Imperial Stouts so you can experience tasting each delectable flavor in a German Chocolate Cake solo. For the Pecan variant, the team aged a sweet and roasty base in Knob Creek bourbon barrels, then infused the brew with plenty of house-toasted pecans.
Tasting Notes
Each taste comes in waves of bittersweet chocolate, praline nuttiness, and boozy caramel. Hints of espresso and oaky vanilla linger on the back end, for a satisfying after dinner treat.
