About This Beer
To create this boozy blessing, the Anchorage crew ages their luxurious Stout in a blend of bourbon barrels for 19 months. Some slumbered in Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, some in Heaven Hill, and some in Willet. Then they finished the brew on piles of toasted coconut and madagascar vanilla beans.
Tasting Notes
Look for hugely fudgy notes and plenty of top shelf whiskey, caramel, and oak from the barrels. Coconut and vanilla should make for a sublimely silky finish that totally disguises the big ABV.

A bit too medicinal for me. Not something that I want more than a few sips of. Very unique
and interesting flavor though.

Fudgy chocolate coconut cake with a vanilla latte. Bourbon notes as it warms. Impressively retains a nice bitter finish.
