There are only two institutions capable of cramming an entire blueberry pie into a can: Willy Wonka’s factory, and Colorado’s Weldwerks Brewing. 

And unlike Wonka’s version, today’s Blueberry Pie Berliner won’t turn you into a giant blueberry. 

With its loads of real fruit, 4.16 UT-rating, and all the brewing know-how of one of Hop Culture’s 10 Best Breweries of 2019 — this is way better than anything Willy cranks out.

But of course, blueberry alone does not make a pie. So, the Weldwerks crew added real graham crackers to recreate the flavors of freshly-baked crust. Then, they used lactose to build a creamy body that melts through the berry and biscuit flavors like a dollop of whipped cream. 

Take a sip, and you’ll sound just like @Wes B. on Untappd who says it’s “just like a pie!”

And it really is! It’s sweet, tangy, and makes a delightful dessert. Or, a wonderful breakfast! Just like actual pie. But as with all WeldWerks’ beers, it’s nearly impossible to find outside of Colorado.
