To make this juicebomb, the haze masters at Celestial Beerworks teamed up with their pals at Wild Mind Ales. Together, they stuffed this stunner full of Belma and Nelson Sauvin, plus a dose of Strata Hop Hash — an extremely potent concentrated form of hops. Then they topped it all up with a dash of Texas wildflower honey to add a luscious depth of sweetness.
Tasting Notes
On the sip, notes of ruby red grapefruit, tropical kiwi, and candied orange peel cascade onto the palate. A robust dankness from the hop hash comes through on the pillow-soft finish, along with tantalizing smacks of honey.
