About This Beer
What happens when the Stout savants at Perennial and Prairie join forces? One of the most bomb dark beers in existence!
To craft this showstopper, the duo combined the Abraxas mash bill with Prairie’s beloved BOMB! recipe for a marriage of two of the most mythical dark beers ever brewed. Then they loaded it with vanilla, cacao nibs, ancho chilis, cinnamon, and a big dose of coffee!

This was good, but pretty unimpressive overall. I didn’t get much of the Prairie side of the house here, except for a touch of additional sweetness to the already sweet Abraxas.

Very tasty - the finish of chiles and cinnamon is great. I enjoyed every sip and would purchase this again.

Creamy head, coffee aroma with a hint of cinnamon, sweet cacao, coffee, and vanilla tastes, silky,
and chile heat in the finish.
