Ever since Untappd featured Abnormal in a brewery spotlight proclaiming how awesome their beers are, I knew these craftsters were something special. UT practically never does brewery features, so I had to see what the fuss was about!

But little did I know what was in store for me when I tasted Abnormal’s most popular release: Boss Pour IPA. This dank and citrusy San Diego Hazy has literally become my boss. 

Cravings for this pillowy-soft sipper have taken control of my thoughts. 

When I want to grab a drink with a buddy after work, guess what I’m recommending? When I have groceries to buy, Boss Pour is on the top of my shopping list. 

My spouse even cracked a joke asking “who wears the pants in this relationship?” And my response was “Boss Pour, it’s rated 4.19 on BeerAdvocate. What are you rated?”

I can’t stop thinking about this beer. And, consequently, I can’t stop telling everyone I talk to about it! 

I mean, just look at the focus that goes into Boss Pour. Abnormal merges inspirational flavors from their restaurant (yeah, they own an artisan restaurant as well!) and design their beers to pair well with food, fit your mood, to stimulate thought-provoking conversation. 

Do you know which foods pair well with Boss Pour? Everything I’ve tried with it! What have I eaten it with? Pretty much every meal since discovering this sweet, dank, and tangy refresher! It’s super smooth, filled with aromas of kush, and bursting with flavors of lemon-lime and evergreen resin.  

You need to try this Hazy, it’s delicious. Just be warned it’s not for the easily-influenced beer fan, one sip and you’ll likely find yourself with a new beer boss.
