About This Beer
Things are done differently in Louisiana — from their laid-back pace to their convenience store delicatessens. It’s all big flavors and easy livin’.
Enter Boudin Balls DIPA. Don’t worry, the crew at Lousiana’s Parish didn’t make a deep-fried pork beer! They only named their delicious brew after the Cajun comfort food. But this collaboration with NYC’s Other Half is one unique concoction!
Tasting Notes
The craft tag team used Phantasm Powder — powdered Sauv Blanc grapes — to provide a floral, pithy base to showcase Nelson Sauvin and Pacific Sunrise Hops. The cones’ piney tendrils wrap around the white grape notes, pulling them further into the ripe stonefruit and bright orange flavors until they squeeze every last drop into this dank juice!

Bright aromas of white grapes and citrus. Mild astringency, but mostly sweet. More white grape notes with some stone fruit, pithy orange, and a touch of dankness.
