About This Beer
If you’ve never had the immense pleasure of sipping this dark decadence, BBADS is a blend of Stouts aged 8, 12, 18, and 24 months in seven to twelve-year-old Kentucky bourbon barrels. Coffee additions provide a roasty complement to the opulent barrel-aging notes.
Tasting Notes
Years in the cellar only add to the intricacy. It’s like sipping a gourmet box of dark chocolate truffles with opulent whiskey caramel, coffee liquor, and vanilla mousse notes swimming throughout.

Smoothed out after 4 yrs of age. Chocolate, espresso with cream, caramel and toffee. The palate is roasty, toasty with creamy sweetness and semi-bitter finish.
