For the original BBADS, Fremont blends 8, 12, 18, and 24-month-old Dark Star and then ages it to oaky perfection in Kentucky Bourbon Barrels. 

Take a sip and it’s like biting into a rich, Bourbon-infused chocolate truffle with just a whisper of roasty espresso. Let it linger on the palate and its huge 14.5% ABV dissolves into subtle nuances of oaked vanilla and caramel complexity. 

If all that Bourbon-soaked decadence isn’t enough, dive into the 4.33 UT-rated Spice Wars. 

Loaded with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, AND clove, every drop cloaks the palate in a river of chocolate-vanilla ganache swirling with bourbon spice. The massive 14.5% ABV mingles with hints of toasted brown sugar, giving way to even more vanilla softness on the finish.
