A Note on This Beer

Stuffed with 28 lbs per barrel of juicy blackberries and succulent raspberries, creamy coconut, sweet vanilla, lactose, and a dash of sea salt, the original Super Squishy already overflowed with flavor.

But, Oliphant knows no bounds. The brewers bourbon barrel aged Super Squishy, taking the adjunct-bursting fan-favorite to stunning new heights!

Some things in moderation. The brewers aged Super Squishy for 3 months, just enough time to introduce oaky barrel flavors and mellow its lush, plush body.

The resulting sip brims with bright berry flavor, enhanced with notes of creamy coconut and luscious vanilla from the barrel. Whispers of sea salt and tart, tannic oak emerge on the finish.

The berry colada flavors carry only a subtle hint of bourbon for a succulent Sour that is leaving Oliphant fans stunned!

Big fan of this considering I usually shy away from any beer aged in a barrel of any kind. Just the right amount of bourboness, very berry and coconut mid and finishing flavors. Love the hue of color too

surprisingly good. I thought the bourbon barrel aging would be a little different but it actually complemented the flavors quite well.

BBA isn’t the first thing that comes to mind but if you lean in it’s there. softening up the sour and fruit notes, almost a malolactic sensation with mouth feel and buttery undertones. figure that’s the coconut and barrel aging working together. very solid sour and one I hope to keep trying over the years

Really nice. You get the fruit at the start of the sip and the bourbon and coconut on the finish. Bumped it up another .25 points as it warmed.

It was interesting. It was hard to describe it. You could taste the coconut and the fruits. I guess it was so balanced it was difficult to pick out what you were tasting. (disclosure, not a sour guy)

I dont know how people are getting coconut with this, cause there is zero for me. Raspberry with a faint touch of the bourbon barrel.
