About This Beer
The Taxman team began with a base of their celebrated Amber Ale brewed with wildflower honey. Then they racked it into Kentucky 12-year bourbon and 8-year rye barrels to absorb plenty of caramelly depth.
Tasting Notes
Each sip brims with the rich, bakery notes of an artisanal bread pudding. Malty toffee sweetness courses throughout the brioche nuances, mingling with swirling hints of creamy vanilla, raisins, and smooth whiskey before a final flourish of autumnal spice.
